Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, including table arrangement, signage, and decoration.
- Manage registration desks and greet guests with a welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and order.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer attendee inquiries.
- Clean up and reset areas efficiently between events.
- Collaborate with event managers to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to various event venues in the Greater Cincinnati area.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
