Responsibilities
- Event Representation: Serve as the face of the brand at promotional events, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Guest Engagement: Greet attendees, answer questions, and guide guests through event flows with a friendly demeanor.
- Setup & Teardown: Assist in the setup of booths, signage, and promotional materials before events and manage breakdown after hours.
- Material Distribution: Hand out promotional swag, samples, or tickets to attendees while maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
- Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness of the event space and report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the team lead immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (4-8 hours) comfortably.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
