Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and teardown of event venues, including audio-visual equipment and decor.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Manage registration desks, check-ins, and distribution of event materials efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and staff to ensure clear communication and timely assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event duration.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and event guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to various event locations across Indianapolis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
