Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service upon arrival.
- Assist with event registration, ticketing, and check-in processes efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space, including setup and teardown duties.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Communicate effectively with event managers and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Must possess a valid ID and be willing to undergo a background check.
