Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a high level of professionalism and energy.
- Direct traffic flow and manage crowd control to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with registration, ticketing, and check-in processes efficiently.
- Provide information about event schedules, locations, and amenities to attendees.
- Represent the brand positively and adhere to all company policies and dress codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event.
- Handle guest inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event venue.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus but not required.
