Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain positive attendee interactions
- Manage event registration/check-in processes efficiently
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment and décor
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics support
- Collect and report attendee feedback and incident reports
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic knowledge of event setup/teardown procedures
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- COVID-19 vaccination required (with religious/medical exemptions)
