Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment (stages, AV, lighting)
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols
- Assist with crowd control and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite team leads
- Report maintenance issues for provided equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in active environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights/weekends
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Basic knowledge of event setup preferred but not mandatory
