Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment including AV systems, staging, and decor
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain event flow during conferences, concerts, and corporate functions
- Conduct equipment safety checks and troubleshoot technical issues during events
- Coordinate with venue staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage equipment inventory and report maintenance needs post-event
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with client briefings and event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event operations, hospitality, or related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure
- Basic technical knowledge of AV/lighting equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
