Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Operate provided equipment (access control systems, communication devices)
- Provide exceptional customer service at VIP sections, entry points, and concierge desks
- Coordinate with security teams and venue management during high-traffic events
- Set up and break down event infrastructure as directed
- Report operational issues and guest concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert/convention experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
