Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in, ticket scanning, and venue access control with professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist attendees with event navigation
- Monitor crowd flow, safety compliance, and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and staging areas
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV systems and venue amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of crowd management and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to various Fresno venues
