Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing guests with exceptional customer service
- Managing event registration and ticket scanning
- Setting up and maintaining event spaces (seating, signage, decor)
- Assisting with crowd control and safety protocols
- Coordinating with vendors and event coordinators
- Troubleshooting minor operational issues
- Tearing down and resetting venues post-event
