Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment (tables, chairs, AV gear, signage) as per venue requirements
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service throughout events
- Operate provided event technology (check-in systems, microphones, lighting)
- Assist with crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with venue staff and vendors for seamless event execution
- Report maintenance needs for provided equipment promptly
Qualifications
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Reliability and punctuality with flexible availability (nights/weekends)
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport when required)
