Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment including audiovisual systems, staging, and lighting
- Manage guest registration and credentialing with provided check-in systems
- Execute event flow protocols and crowd management strategies
- Conduct equipment safety checks and troubleshooting during events
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff using provided communication tools
- Maintain equipment inventory and condition reports
- Provide exceptional guest service using provided branded materials
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
