Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event equipment per venue requirements
- Provide exceptional guest services and information at event entrances and stations
- Distribute and manage provided event materials (programs, samples, promotional items)
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure guest safety at assigned posts
- Collaborate with venue staff to execute seamless event operations
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Represent Cincinnati Event Solutions professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with provided equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail in managing provided materials
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures
