Responsibilities
- Master coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and latte art
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and workspace
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
