- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using provided professional equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace with provided cleaning supplies
- Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions
- Support inventory management of provided coffee beans and supplies
- Participate in ongoing coffee training using our provided resources
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety certification (provided if needed)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
