Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, VIP areas, and venue checkpoints
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Handle ticket scanning, registration, and attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with vendors and venue staff for seamless execution
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
