Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment (sound, lighting, staging)
- Greet guests, manage registration, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety compliance throughout events
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event logistics
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with attendee engagement
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Must pass basic background check
