Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at entry points, ticket booths, and venue checkpoints
- Manage crowd control and ensure guest safety during high-traffic periods
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment assembly and decor installation
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to maintain seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism and poise
- Execute emergency response protocols as trained
- Conduct post-event venue inspection and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for transport roles)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Riverside event venues
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus
