Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage and report any inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution schedules are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
