Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage evening/weekend clinic operations
- Assist with patient intake, vitals, and basic clinical procedures
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide exceptional patient support and address concerns
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and support staff
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Flexibility to work evenings (4PM-11PM) and weekends
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
