Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care across multiple departments

- Provide after-hours patient support via phone and secure messaging
- Collaborate with on-call physicians to address urgent care needs
- Process insurance verifications and billing documentation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all patient interactions
- Support weekend clinic operations and patient flow management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or healthcare experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
