Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during evening and weekend shifts in clinical settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and health assessments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical competence
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN license in Texas (or equivalent healthcare certification)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong assessment skills and ability to make critical decisions
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
