Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and prepare incoming merchandise for storage and distribution.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for timely delivery to our clients.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the evening shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
