Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and conveyor belts, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
