Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing freight with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet our high standards.
- Package and label products according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
