Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during evening and weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure stock availability.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct shift start/end briefings to align the team on daily goals and safety protocols.
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail supervisory role.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
