Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all daily operations during the evening shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff, conducting daily briefings and shift handovers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift management to ensure accurate stock replenishment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies throughout the shift.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and review end-of-shift reports, including productivity metrics and incident logs.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, providing coaching and feedback to staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
