- Process high-priority transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with overnight protocols
- Support international teams across EMEA time zones via digital communication tools
- Generate end-of-shift reports and prepare handover documentation
- Manage emergency response procedures and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shift-based operations or customer service roles
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms (Slack, Teams, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Available to work 20-25 hours weekly across evenings/nights (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal/written communication
