Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational workflows during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and task delegation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Process client orders and ensure service SLA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and project management systems
- Lead team huddles to align on daily priorities and challenges

Qualifications
