Responsibilities
- Lead evening operations and supervise 5-10 team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards during peak hours
- Handle cash operations and reconcile nightly reports
- Implement safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train new staff on service procedures and POS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborate with day shift for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 2 AM) including weekends
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (training provided)
- Must be 18+ with valid ID
