Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification efficiently

- Monitor crowd flow and ensure guest safety and comfort

- Handle basic inquiries and provide exceptional guest service
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies
- Report operational issues to event coordinators promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and occasional evenings
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to event locations in Jacksonville area
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
