Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payment processing
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Assist with special events and weekend guest activities
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible daytime/evening shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
