Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out processes during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage staff scheduling and assignments for peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and safety protocols
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend procedures
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and financial reconciliations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (2+ years preferred)
- Availability for Friday-Sunday evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
