Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and general support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM database.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to the management team for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily performance targets.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends, as required by the business schedule.
