- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Provide product training and support to customers to enhance their experience.
- Identify and report recurring issues to the product team for resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles (evening shift experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid UK working rights and a reliable means of transportation.
