Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
