Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts with professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining inventory organization and ensuring the workspace is clean.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless operational handover.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle financial transactions securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM reliably.
