- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during evening shifts
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional store presentation and cleanliness
