Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic demeanor with every client interaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the senior team when necessary.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and updates into our CRM database.
- Provide product information and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Must be available to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- High level of computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
