Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person during evening hours.
- Process returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking duties.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
