Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon support teams to ensure seamless workflow and continuity of service.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product changes and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work evenings, including weekends, as part of a rotating shift schedule.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
