In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand during our peak evening hours, ensuring every client interaction is positive and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
