Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer critical cases and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in evening training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during late-night shifts.
