Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat queries with a focus on speed and accuracy during evening hours.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to the senior team.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Support Operations: Assist in the processing of orders and returns, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and afternoon shifts to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred; experience in the tech industry is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM onwards) and weekends.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
