Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all quality assurance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
