- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure a seamless handover of information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM or similar).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills with a polite and helpful telephone manner.
- Reliable transport to get to our Portland office.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills.
