Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and routing messages appropriately.
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular facility checks to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory organization.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, typically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Minneapolis location.
