Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening dinner hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments and reconcile POS transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on dietary restrictions and special requests
- Upsell signature cocktails, wine pairings, and seasonal specials
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Participate in pre-service briefings and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience required
- Florida Alcohol Server Certification (will train)
- Exceptional knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
