Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening hours
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Ensure dining areas remain immaculate and stocked
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends included
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
